This competition system processes personal data for the purpose of administering competitions and ensuring correct result management in accordance with the regulations of the Swedish Sports Confederation (RF) and the Swedish Athletics Association (SFIF).

• Club and nationality
• Email address

Purpose

The data is used solely for competition administration, start lists, publication of results, and necessary communication.

Retention

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary. Outdated data is continuously reviewed and removed where appropriate.
